诚挚邀请您参加2017年3月29日-31日在中国郑州举办的第十一届中国（河南）国际投资贸易洽谈会（以下简称“河南投洽会”）。河南投洽会经中华人民共和国国务院批准，迄今已成功举办10届，是国内具有较大影响力的国际投资贸易促进活动之一，也是河南省对外开放、承接产业转移的重要平台。
河南投洽会坚持改革创新，坚持“共办、共享、共赢”办会理念，坚持专业化、国际化、市场化、品牌化的办会方向，有效发挥了投资促进、贸易合作的平台作用。第十一届投洽会以“开放、创新、合作、共赢”为主题，突出国际性、国家级，围绕中国在河南省实施的一系列国家战略规划，以建设经济强省、打造内陆开放高地为目标，大力推动中国（河南）自由贸易试验区、中国（郑州）跨境电子商务综合试验区、郑洛新国家自主创新示范区建设，积极融入国家“一带一路”发展战略。以开放招商为主线，以高层论坛、专题对接、产业对接、项目洽谈、展览展示为主要内容，围绕河南省重点区域、重点行业和产业集群，积极开展承接产业转移和对外经济合作项目对接洽谈，全面推动开放领域拓宽，合作水平提高。
河南投洽会由河南省人民政府、中国国际贸易促进委员会、中国人民对外友好协会联合主办，国家有关部委、兄弟省（自治区、直辖市）政府、有关国家级商协会支持。商务部投资促进局、河南省商务厅以及河南省有关部门承办。
It would be highly appreciated if you could attend the 11th China (Henan) International Investment & Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as CHIITF (Henan)), which is to be held from March 29th to 31st , 2017 in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. CHIITF (Henan) is approved by the State Council of The People’s Republic of China. So far, ten sessions have been held with great success. Through a decade of unremmitted efforts, it has now become an important platform for Henan’s further opening up to the outside world and implementing industrial transfer policies.
CHIITF (Henan) has been upholding the principle of making reform and innovation for further development, the concept of sharing & mutual benefits to achieve a win-win prospect, and the directions of professionalism, internationalization, marketization and branding, which gives a full play to its functions as the platform for investment promotion and trade cooperation. Themed on “Opening, Innovative, Cooperation and the Win-Win Goal”, the aim of the CHIITF (Henan) highlights its various events at state level with international influence, with enormous attention and resources have been put in carrying out a series of national strategic plans so as to build Henan as a most economic province and an opening inland city, while pushing forward the construction of China (Henan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, China (Zhengzhou) Cross-Border E-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone, and Zhengluoxin Self-Dependent Innovation Demonstration Area to proactively integrating into the Belt and Road development strategy. Being focused on appealing merchants both at home and abroad to invest in Henan, CHIITF (Henan) is accordingly divided into several main activities, including higher-level forums, targeted presentations, industrial matchmaking events, project negotiations and business exhibitions, which mainly serves the functions of facilitating opening-up and promoting investment. CHIITF (Henan) itself will be greatly propelling Henan’s advancement on broadening the opening-up fields and improving the level of cooperation.
The 11th China (Henan) International Investment & Trade Fair is co-sponsored by The People’s Government of Henan Province, China Council for Promotion of International Trade and Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries; supported by Relevant State Ministries and Commissions, other provincial governments (including autonomous regions & municipalities), and National Chambers of Commerce; organized by Investment Promotion Agency of Ministry of Commerce, P.R. China, Henan Provincial Commerce Department, and relevant units & institutions of Henan Province.

第十一届河南投洽会以“开放、创新、合作、共赢”为主题，突出国际性、国家级，围绕中国在河南省实施的一系列国家战略规划，以建设经济强省，打造内陆开放高地为目标。大力推动中国（河南）自由贸易试验区、中国（郑州）跨境电子商务综合试验区、郑洛新国家自主创新示范区建设，积极融入国家“一带一路”发展战略。以开放招商为主线，以高层论坛、专题推介、产业对接、项目洽谈、展览展示为主要内容，围绕河南省重点区域、重点行业和产业集群，积极开展承接产业转移和对外经济合作项目对接洽谈，全面推动开放招商，拓宽开放领域，提高合作水平。

Distinguished Ms./Mr.:
Thanks for your everlasting concern and support to Henan’s social and economic development and China (Henan) International Investment & Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as CHIITF (Henan)).
Approved by the State Council of The People’s Republic of China, CHIITF (Henan) has become one of the most influential international investment and trade promotion events in China, with ten sessions having been held with great success. It is also a platform of great significance for Henan’s further opening up to the outside world and implementing industrial transfer policies.
The 10th China (Henan) International Investment & Trade Fair had attracted 429 delegations and groups participating in the fair. Well-organized as it is, there were more than 3,700 foreign merchants from 86 states and regions, and 18,400 in-home traders attended the fair as expected. 651 domestic and international cooperative projects being signed at the fair, with the total investment amount reached RMB473.4 billion, all pointing to a new upsurge in the history of CHIITF (Henan).
